自分のサイトで使っていいよということなので、英語サイトの niiyan.net で使わせてもらうことにしました。

Obviously, replace _.com with your own website name and/or URL. And you may need to tailor bits of it to suit your site - if your site targets a specific country, you can change the ISP and city examples with ones in your own country.

使用するにあたって _.com の部分を自分のサイトの名前と/または URL に置き換える必要があります。また場合によっては、ISP や都市の名前を自分の国に合わせて変更することも必要とのこと。
